The Cheshire & Warrington Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) is proud to sponsor Where Possible Happens 2026, a regional conference hosted by Petty Pool College that will bring together employers, educators, local authorities, policymakers and community organisations to explore how we can create more inclusive pathways into education, training and employment for young people. The conference will take place on 15 October 2026 at Chester Racecourse.
The event will focus on practical solutions that help young people, including neurodivergent learners and those with additional needs, access meaningful opportunities and achieve their potential. Delegates will hear directly from young people, learn about inclusive employment practices and explore ways organisations can support progression into work through mentoring, work experience, supported internships and employment opportunities.
As the voice of employers within the local skills system, the Cheshire & Warrington LSIP is committed to helping businesses engage with future talent and build a more inclusive workforce. Supporting this conference aligns with our mission to strengthen collaboration between employers, education providers and local partners, ensuring more young people can access rewarding careers while employers benefit from a broader and more diverse talent pipeline.
