The South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosts the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) as the region’s designated Employer Representative Body (ERB), helping to gather employer insight and strengthen the link between local skills provision and business needs.

We are an independent, not-for-profit membership organisation providing business services and marketing opportunities for our members to promote and grow their business.

Whatever the size and nature of your business, membership of the Chamber of Commerce gives you access to a range of services, all of which are geared to help your business succeed and grow.

East Cheshire Chamber of Commerce sits at the very heart of Congleton’s business community providing representation, services, information and guidance to its’ members and potential members. East Cheshire Chamber of Commerce supports businesses throughout their lifecycle from start-up, development, growth and beyond. We are a form of business network whose goal is to further the interests of businesses and promote local prosperity.

West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce is the leading organisation representing the business community across the whole of West Cheshire and North Wales. As an independent, not for profit organisation, our objectives remain clear: to promote and encourage business for our members and others regionally, nationally and internationally to improve commercial growth and prosperity.

Cheshire College – South & West offers exciting opportunities for 11,000 students and 1,000 apprentices, providing access to high-quality teaching and learning at our Campuses in Crewe, Ellesmere Port and Chester.

We provide our students with the skills, experience and qualifications that will prepare them for their future career or higher-level study at the College or university and encourage our students to become confident individuals who will make valuable contributions to businesses and the local economy in their future careers.

Operating across two main campuses, we offer a wide range of vocational and technical courses for both school leavers and adults, including T Levels, apprenticeships, higher level, and professional courses. Situated in Warrington and Winsford, our campuses boast modern facilities and cutting-edge resources that are specifically designed to enhance the learning experience of our students.

Whether you’re a school leaver ready to take the next step, an adult who wants to advance their career or learn something new, or you’re a business owner looking to upskill your staff – you can find it all here at Macclesfield College!

Whether this be in exam or course grades, entering a competition, applying for a certain job or work placement, fund raising, having a go at an activity, or just pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.

Celebrating Be More is important to the College and we do this through our Student of the Term, Incentive Reward Scheme, Be Ready Passport and Award Ceremonies. In this section of the website we can also celebrate some of those examples of Be More.

AROUND 1,000 young people collected their results at Priestley College this year with their sights firmly set on making a difference in the world.

Their hopes and destinations were as varied as the courses they studied with students heading to some of the UK’s most competitive universities to study Medicine, Pharmacy, Bioveterinary Science, Criminology and many more inspiring courses.

A collaborative group of local training and education providers established since 2010, dedicated to enhancing skills development across the region. By working together, CWLPN aims to align training provision with employer needs, supporting workforce development, and contributing to the region’s economic growth.

Cheshire East is a unitary authority area with borough status in Cheshire, England. The local authority is Cheshire East Council, which is based in the town of Sandbach. Other towns within the area include Crewe, Macclesfield, Congleton, Wilmslow, Nantwich, Poynton, Knutsford, Alsager, Bollington and Handforth

Cheshire West and Chester is a local government district with borough status in Cheshire, England. It was established on 1 April 2009 as part of the 2009 local government changes, by virtue of an order under the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007.[5] It superseded the boroughs of Ellesmere Port and NestonVale Royal and the City of Chester; its council is a unitary authority, having also assumed the functions and responsibilities of the former Cheshire County Council within its area.

Warrington Borough Council is the local authority for the Borough of Warrington in Cheshire, serving as both a district council and a county council. The council is composed of 58 elected councillors who represent 22 wards.

We bring together several organisations with industry and community partners that all work to make Cheshire and Warrington a better place to live, work and visit. From economic strategy, tourism and place marketing to skills training, business growth and support.
