Purpose of the Network
The Cheshire & Warrington Inclusive Employers Network aims to bring together employers across the region to strengthen their understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) by exploring the nine protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010. Through high-quality workshops, expert speakers, and networking opportunities, the Network supports employers to create inclusive, legally compliant, and neuroinclusive workplaces where staff can thrive.
